Matthew Matt James, born 5 December 1991 from North Carolina. Parents include Manny James as well as Patty James. He is the son of the Nigerian father and a Caucasian mom. After graduating at Sanderson High School, in 2010, he attended Wake Forest University and obtained the Bachelor's degree in Economics. James was initially known by his character on the reality show's Bachelorette's star. The Bachelorette's 25th season would premiere in 2021. In 2020 James made history as The first African American man lead. James was the ideal choice for the role, because he's well-rounded, tall and has good humor. Rachael Krkconnell was selected as his partner for the entire season. He teamed up with the famous dancing star Arnold in 2021, to take part on season 30 of Dancing with the Stars. James along with Arnold placed 12th on the show.
